Pool Area

In our pool area, swimwear for children and adults is obligatory for hygienic reasons. For safety reasons, jumping from the edge of the pool is not permitted.

Appointments for massages

Please make your reservations well in advance of your arrival. This way you can be sure that you will receive your desired applications at the corresponding times.

How much time do you need?

Please contact the Beauty room on the 4th floor approx. 5 minutes before the start of application. This allows you to get in the mood for the application at your leisure.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation of your application we ask you to cancel the appointment up to 5 hours before the beginning. For short-term cancellations we charge a fee of 50% and for non-appearance without cancellation a fee of 90% of the application price.
