Sauna Area

 The sauna area is a textile-free whisper zone.

The sauna has a profound effect on most functions in the body. Regular sauna visits help with mild respiratory diseases, circulatory disorders, high and low blood pressure, hardening of the muscles and spinal complaints caused by muscles. In addition, sauna bathing increases the body's defences.

Basically applies to visits to the sauna:

• Beginners, the elderly and cardiovascular patients should start slowly.
  
• A visit to the sauna is not recommended for fever, alcohol or skin diseases.

Please always follow the instructions in the entrance area before entering the sauna.

A bio-sauna

Relax at 60° C heat and 40% humidity...

A steam bath

Fog of the most pleasant kind. With high humidity and mild radiant heat, the addition of fragrances and essences increases well-being.

A Finnish sauna

Experience the classic sauna, hot and intense. Sweat quickly at 85°C, then rinse off cold and then relax gently on the couch. That's it!

A relaxation room

After a beautiful and relaxing sauna session, you can relax wonderfully in our quiet zones and acclimatize for your next sauna session.
